Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Oceanspirit that gave me a chuckle. I was going on to my husband tonight about how much better I always feel after a run. Tried out new trainers for 3.5 miles. Quite good but a bit of rubbing on the inside on one foot. Can't decide whether to risk them for my half mara on Saturday...

Damp autumnish morning started in the dark with a lightening sky and 8.10m/m average over 9 miles. Felt good.

Congrats, Toks!

I don't know why I come on here - just to add more misery to my misery. 6 more days of running ban then I can test the plantar bastard foot :(

My plantar bastard foot had 5k on the treadmill last night without pain. A bit stuff this morning but no real pain today either. The new orthotics might have finally fixed it!

Very enjoyable. 6 x 400m reps with my boy "pacing" me. He's faster than me but by the 4th that didn't count for much.
