Good luck LG. I find it hard to believe that I ever ran a sub 55 10k let alone a sub 60. Perhaps I should focus on speed training in February.

I forgot that I was watching this thread!
I got close to 60 in my good year - but that was 7+ years and nearly 2 stone ago.
I'd like to get back to running 10K non-stop, that's my first target....

Did an actual race in October - distanced, staggered starts etc. 1:05 something on entirely the wrong training. Haven't enjoyed running much this last year. Thinking of project joker when the weather picks up, sub 30 5km would be very nice!
