I'm ever hopeful that one day I will get a sub 60 minute 10k - that's about 9:35mm. My PB is1:01:07 set 7 weeks ago. So close ;-)
Does anyone else have the same target? What are you doing in your quest to achieve it?

My PB is exactly 60:00. I know! Bonkers. Never been able to beat it. I'm hoping the new plan of proper weight loss and training (at the mo') for 5k will help. But I won't be there for ages because I'm not even close to that PB now.

That is a cruel PB MissC - so close but not quite there!

When will you starting running again Pesto? You made very fast progress last time :-)

I may rename this The Cute and Cuddly Avatar thread ;-)

You'll soon be where you want to be Pesto; you are one determined lady.
Time for you to do another 10k methinks, Star x. You need to beat that demon!
