Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I had to miss this race last year due to injury, so I'm looking forward to returning this year :-)

7th overall and 1st in 31-40 age category. Great trail race. Very hilly and tough terrain at times including a very big sandy hill at 12 miles. Some gates and stiles although a lot of them had been opened by the marshalls. Fantastically well organised event, well marshalled and clearly directed. Didn't need to carry any food or drink as there were ample drinks stations with water, juice and chocolate and biscuits. Very tough but I'd do it again!!

Next time I'll actually do some training and some long runs to make this a more pleasant experience.

25th overall, calf issue from 14miles put paid to my pace, but very solid run over the first half.
