Watching wee Charlotte and Sir Mo running on television was all very fine, but eventually the appeal of going out for my own run became greater. Memo to self: Next year, go out a bit earlier than usual, it's mostly vox pop gubbins till 11am.
Still humid though not burning hot.
That heart rate, though! I'd be delighted if it was accurate. Decided to check by seeing if it responded to 25dp striders on the tenth of a mile from 5.4 miles, and it did.
