Martyn Fisher Pre-race comment: A 5 mile PB is overdue, and I've already beaten my current 5 mile PB this year when taking splits in other races.
Post-race comment: Hangs head in shame. 20 seconds outside PB, and 6000+ credits lost. I could blame the windy day or the recovery from man flu, but basically I just didn't do as well as I'd hoped. Sorry everyone :-(. Having said that, it was a really enjoyable event, and will definitely be back to do it again. Almost Athletes 37:15 38:16 37:30 38:16 59.51

stu8 windy and cold (just like last year they must order the weather in advance!!!) but still alot of mad people taking advantage of a rather flat course - my only slight quibble 250ml water bottle!!! i guess that paid for the time chip at the start and end :) ps my calf hurts :( Thetford AC 30:17 31:14 32:27 66.86
