I'm never going to be a big XC enthusiast for it's own sake, but it's definitely a means to an end of keeping up the fitness over the winter a little!

Amazingly, they never quite get their full teams out, especially the men, they have so many comps to go to. A few Uni ones, Isle of Man, BUCS, Edinburgh etc., so they are a bit thin at MACCL, this last 2 MACCL meetings in particular! They have already started to ask me to turn them into milers for the summer!
