Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

AL - amazon.co.uk or your local running shop should have some.

I go with 12mms if I'm unsure as if you're wrong it should only be a small price. Last week I should have gone with 15mms, the course was a mess after rain overnight and until 1pm on the day of the race, and the were a few races before the men's race so everything was churned by the time we raced. This week 12mms were fine. It's always hard to decide what to go with when it looks variable.

Cheers :) I have 12mm but they weren't quite enough - although I did stay on my feet :)

Thanks for that link CStar. My Kanadia's are fine for parkruns but give me blisters past that. With Endure24 on the horizon I am prepared to shell out £20 to see if those shoes feel better.

Any ideas on the weight of them? They look a bit chunky.

No idea, but if they grip well and don't blister my toes then they can weigh as much as they want :-)
