Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice one Curly. Congrats on the medal.

Re weights, indeed. I had those days off work though and there was something technically I wanted to work on in my cleans so couldn't resist it, lol. I have a league race next week so would usually do no weight next week as by the time I'd recovered from the race, it would be too close to the next race, but I'm still tempted to go on Tuesday, but I'll see how I feel.

Ndellar - There's a double chance of getting Cofton Park as Bournville also use it when they host races. Here's hoping.

Hope so, I go to the league XC meetings and it doesn't seem a favourite D1 mens venue to pair up with the ladies league as I suppose because there aren't any changing facilities. But then there weren't today and it was fine. Fingers crossed then...

Arghhhh.

4th Senior man at Buckinghamshire xc but couldn't have ran harder. Guy in front finished 4th in the Swiss national and is a 30min 10k man so was pleased to be only 30secs away!

But ankle / is sore very muddy, slippy and hilly did not like.

I like a few others did Crofton xc on Sat, great course, I haven't run it for a while. Managed not to get lapped !
Next one at Burbage common in Nuneation this coming weekend, looking forward to it already, some nice easy runs this week and that will do.

Heaton Park tomorrow, there's a few wooded sections and with 60mph gusts forecast it could make for some interesting branch dodging!

Coundon Park in Coventry for me tomorrow. Guessing it will be waterlogged!

In other news, Chrissie Wellington is running in our women's team (at Droitwich?) tomorrow.
