SPR Jan 2015 4:51pm, 11 Jan 2015 19,817 posts	SPR AL - Yeah you can still slip in bad conditions in spikes, but if they can't handle it then nothing can. Did you have 15mms spike pins in?

Mave Jan 2015 5:37pm, 11 Jan 2015 1,877 posts	Mave Today in the East Yorkshire XC league was Sledmere House- two laps of 3.5 if mike circuit sounds the ground of a stately home not normally open to the public. Not as muddy or hilly as our usual races, but nice anyway. Took some runners who I've been neck and neck with at the last couple of outings, so happy with that.
