Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Surreys at Wimbledon for me :) fun fun fun in the mud. Apart from being a bit slower than usual it was great to have 21 women out from my club all in various stages of enjoying themselves ;)

The gluten free gin drizzle cake went down a treat, but I did feel a little bad for the two juniors who couldn't have any :-p

Chunkywizard - It was fun. A proper XC course. I wore Brooks Mach 14 spikes - had totally confidence in them.

AL - Yeah you can still slip in bad conditions in spikes, but if they can't handle it then nothing can. Did you have 15mms spike pins in?

Yes, Tadley was great, the more so because this was the first time this course has been run, so was a surprise for everyone. The organisers said there would be water meadows - they weren't exaggerating!

Today in the East Yorkshire XC league was Sledmere House- two laps of 3.5 if mike circuit sounds the ground of a stately home not normally open to the public. Not as muddy or hilly as our usual races, but nice anyway. Took some runners who I've been neck and neck with at the last couple of outings, so happy with that.
