Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

10 minute warm up, 3 mile at Threshold, 10 minute cool down.
It started to rain as i stepped out the door, so i went back in to stretch a little more, until it stopped.
Got very stared at by a group that looked like runners. All dressed in tracksuits and trainers, but none of them looked like they were ready to come with me.

Sticking to the mara plan of 10 miles but did it nice and easy to recover from Saundays' race properly. Had a great run, 10 miles doesn't seem so far now for a mid-week run which is quite bizarre really:0)

Also saw 8 ducks, 3 squirrels and lots of dogs while going through the local country park, I'm usually trying to concentrate on pace but was very relaxed today and noticed alot of nature stuff. It chucked it down 5 mins after I got in ....which was nice!

Tempo 4 miles along the canal bank.

But how many midges did I end up eating?!!

Does this count towards my carb loading or are they mainly protein?
