Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sorry to hear some of you had crap runs... I can't imagine what I'd do if I got an injury now. I think I would give up and sell all my stuff on Ebay! :(

Injuries will come fifi, so best to be prepared mentally. Take it from me, the poster boy for how not to handle an injury. I was in denial, then got so bloody angry, then a long period of just depressed. All because I though I would never, ever have an injury. Sorry for sounding a know-all, I am actually only a know-more-than-I-did-before.

Very nice, easy recovery run offour miles today after an aggressive weekend of running. Lovely, really lovely day. Saw another couple of runners and we were all smiling and waving. Funny how a bit of sunshine improves everyone's attitudes.

Thanks F. After today, I'm convinced my injuries are a result of me not stretching enough. Take it easy, stretch loads and I'm sure you will stay injury free and have a fantastic 10k in June!
