Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

15 miles - same as yesterday :)

Easy pips dead slow and I reckon I could do it all again tomorrow. If threatened with a gun.

w00000000000000000000000000000000t :)

Seeing as there's something of a trend forming:

((BB's foot))

ewww

WTG Kev - 'that's a long way

Riga - you must take your warmth seriously. I could help you with that.

first run over 4 miles since FLM without the left knee hurting - nice 7.2 miles, half of which was off road. maybe that helped.

When ever I see my physio she tells me to run off road, it's just hard putting an off road route together.

10mile trail race including a 570ft climb over half a mile in the middle and a wade across a river to finish.

After reintroducing myself to running by way of nice flat 10Ks in the past few months this was a bit of a shock to the system.

Leeds 1/2mara next week which I'm hoping will be a little easier than today.

BB,hope you recover soon. I can empathise, having been out for nearly four months with a bad foot. Managed a race yesterday and a nice 10 miles today. Meant to go very slow, especially after a difficult race yesterday, but...
At about 1/4 mile from my turn-around point, a runner going the othe way passed me and failed to return my polite wave. When I turned, after a bit, I spotted his red cap and decided to reel him in. Took me five miles but I passed the bastard. Gave him an insincere"Nice pace", as I overtook him. I realise how childish this is, but I am what I am.

Crikey.... lots of love for my foot! Ha ha! I don't know what happened to it, but the top of the outside of the foot is a little bruised and swollen. Think I might have tweaked it during footie last saturday. Just have to have a week off

Thanks you guys!
