However I very enjoyable run, 4.5 miles in a touch over 35 minutes, felt better for having held myself back last night so much so I really had to resist temptation to run faster than need be. Really looking forward to tonight's session which is likely to be quite a sharp one with majority of our group doing the English schools on Saturday.
