Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How cold?? I ususally can't wear my gloves for too long as I get really warm but they stayed on for 5 miles today....

Got booger freeze and lung freeze :)

Went quite quickly, although felt slow. Must be becasue everything was frozled.

It was bloody cold last night in that bitter wind and like Puddy I don't like wearing gloves particularly on faster running. But last night was one of those can't win situations either wear too much to run fast or wear less and struggle to run fast too !! I opted for wearing lots and getting very hot in the end and gloves throughout !!

Anyway here is what we did :-

5 x 60s @ 1500m pace (30s jog back to start, 2 minutes jog)
5 minutes at "cross country" pace (2 minutes jog)
5 x 60s @ 1500m pace (30s jog back to start)

Followed by 30 minutes of circuits in the gym
