Still I managed not to get out sprinted today as put my foot down 300 metres before the line and so left behind whoever was on my shoulder 😀

Stick with it. 9.30 last night: brisk SW wind, 18mph, mild. Plenty of standing water near the lakes but most of the trails are firm. Not a soul to be seen, apart from 4 youths walking down the prom in the dark. 61 min., and first time for ages that I've strung two runs together in as many days. Gym this morning too!
