Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great to read that folk are getting out to train in spite of it being the bleak midwinter. ;)

A bracing 71-min outing, furthest for quite some time, under clear skies and a bright moon. Several figures-of-8 took me beside beach, docks, lakes, baths & promenade. A human with a dog wearing 3 green LEDs was my only company.

Nice run swittie

On Sunday evening there was a dog on cleethorpes beach with the led collar and a glowing tennis ball. Looked quite good as the owner slung the ball across the dark beach to be chased by a glowing collar

Thought I was going at my normal pace, but it was slower. Too many mince pies probably. Still, better than nothing

Due to some insomnia and excitement it was my earliest ever ( 00:46) also day 900 of my second streak . So I ran the equivalent number of years streaked in miles 2.46 . Not really normal and strange seeing Keebab shop open and a couple smooching on the doorstep πŸ™‚
