Good parkrun. Despite not running much over the last two weeks, having a late night last night and running on a new course so taking it relatively easy, I was one second slower than my last run, so I must still be in good shape.

Just over 8 miles for me (once the GPS picked up). Trying to start increasing distance again in the hope I'll at least get to do a HM next year.

That's an encouraging indicator, LG.
Really mild last night, dry, light SW breeze: 3rd layer soon off. Down beach to sea wall, then sandy trail & boggy 100 yd by the docks, before a tour of the lakes and a foray up the beach, circling the baths & back down prom & beach. 64 min.

Sounds good LG! Nice run swittle!
Another trail run today. Another week with good mileage compared to these conditions.

Good work, Bowman. Given the choice, I'd take soggy over icy on the trails. The beach is reassuringly predictable terrain

Longest run since 2006. Unintentionally as I was following someone elseβs route and they got a bit lost so ended up doing 12.6miles instead of 10km

Actually quadrupled as I really only intended to do 5km as thatβs all Iβve done so far this year.
