Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good parkrun. Despite not running much over the last two weeks, having a late night last night and running on a new course so taking it relatively easy, I was one second slower than my last run, so I must still be in good shape.

Just over 8 miles for me (once the GPS picked up). Trying to start increasing distance again in the hope I'll at least get to do a HM next year.

That's an encouraging indicator, LG. :)

Really mild last night, dry, light SW breeze: 3rd layer soon off. Down beach to sea wall, then sandy trail & boggy 100 yd by the docks, before a tour of the lakes and a foray up the beach, circling the baths & back down prom & beach. 64 min.

Sounds good LG!
Nice run swittle!

Another trail run today.
Another week with good mileage compared to these conditions.

Good work, Bowman. Given the choice, I'd take soggy over icy on the trails. The beach is reassuringly predictable terrain :)

Longest run since 2006. Unintentionally as I was following someone else’s route and they got a bit lost so ended up doing 12.6miles instead of 10km :-)

Actually quadrupled as I really only intended to do 5km as that’s all I’ve done so far this year. :-)

Nice job Cath.
Swittle, yup, I take muddy before icy any day :)
