Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Rest it up, riggsy - best & cheapest cure ever.

Out after 9pm last night, and the weather's playing its pre-storm tricks: 3 deg C but a 'dry' cold and v light breeze. Trails past baths to Burbo; back down the prom, chatting to the night anglers and flat, firm sand for over 2 miles: overshot my usual exit and didn't stop until the sea wall by the docks! Well, it *was* quite dark! 64 min. after some unexpected prom distance.

New shoes, not as nice as I had hoped.

But maybe better than the ones they where suppose to replace. I’ll see.
At least the spikes didn’t hurt my feet today.

10k in the dark, -11Β°C. Brrrr.

Cheers elduderino :)
You to. It’s hard when it’s poor grip.
Not much energy in me today, so only a short run on wintery roads during lunch.
Not so cold, and some snowfall.

9.30pm last night, a date with the leftovers of Storm Barra: into the S wind, near gale force, and a 'refreshing' helping of rain until the docks, when I ran, wind assisted, 2 miles up the beach on firm sand. The return to base saw me wrestling the wind again but I'm claiming a points victory! ;) 63 min.
