Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Club run, plus run to club and back. Just over 200 for the month and 1980 for the year.

Brill!

went back to old stability trainers instead of neutral shoes and hey presto no calf pain, its back to the shop for me for some new structured cushioning shoes.

And faster than expected even with a gusting determined head wind. :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Twas good. 6.71 miles, but windy in parts, but overall enjoyable mainly due to leaping down some massive stairs in a slightly manic fashion...It's the little things in life that make you smile...

Errm I went the wrong way in the first race of the winter handicap series and ended up running 2.2 miles to everyone else's 2 miles. Oops! Had a lot of fun though.

5.5 miles made less enjoyable by a strong, buffeting wind - still in tho' :)

running home from work, there's a choice of uphill routes. Picked a less obvious street, still very good and steep. Lovin' it.
