Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I caught the bus after seeing it drive off as I walked down the stairs at the front door of work. Zoomed (my zoom in work suit and trainers handbag over shoulder) about 3/4 of a mile to the 3rd stop away and reached there in time to catch my breathe, stretch my calves and calmly get on the bus.

Decided that was enough for the day. Still in milking the marathon mode :)

horrible, horrible, horrible this morning :(

was sposed to be 6 miles tempo but from the 1st step i knew it wasnt gonna be good. legs didnt like it, lungs didnt like it, head wasnt into it... so plodded for 5 miles stopping & starting then walked the last mile home

my last 2 thursday runs have been bad, my glutes were sore last week from starting rowing on a wednesday, not as bad this week, think my body is more used to it but my right side is quite achey. hopefully a few more weeks into it & i will be ok

Ditto to Southwales22

Wanted to do a steady 10miler, but even on the walk to the gym I was talking myself out of it.

Settled for a fairly ploddy 6.2miler, which featured 'a couple of walking sections'.

Complete bollux

Hey ho

An easy 8 miler this morning. Legs now feeling a lot looser after Edinburgh.

My worst post Edinburgh run was the morning after the marathon round the city centre. Could tell other marathon runners a mile off.

4 miles with Nors. Nothing hurt. The sun shone. We chatted. All was good.
