Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great, Portadown - Newry tow path 20 miles plus a 1.5mile loop at the end to finish off, just under 3 hours. Very enjoyable, was not looking for a good time as long as I got hours on the road. First time I have done this run, it took a bit of running about before hand sorting out cars and lifts but it was worth it.

Really looking forward to Dublin.

Great! Strathcarron 10K, in ideal conditions. PB, and without being full tilt.

Clumber Park 10k through beautiful autumn woodland in the sunshine, it doesn't get much better. Missed a PB by 5 seconds on my watch, waiting for official time but can't see it being any more accurate or faster than mine, oh well must try harder next time eh :)

Really good. First run in a week since being ill. And I was wearing new running lycra tights. Felt really good to be out there again on the seafront. Problem: I saw students on my run. But that made me run a bit faster away from them.
