Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Without having to read 70 + pages or get hold of the book can anyone help me with the following regards the 18 week 55-70 miles per week plan.

Am aiming for 7.45mm marathon pace and have uploaded the training plan kindly provided by Fetch but am a little unsure what pace following runs should be at according to P+D:

Long runs
Recovery runs
General

makes it quite clear what pace LT and intervals should be but not these and am guessing would be quite specific with a plan as well thought out as this?

Agree with Mrs Jigs, the explanation that underpins the schedules is just as important to understand.

I'm following the 18 week 70-85mpw plan for London next spring. This started yesterday. I've set up a thread where I'll be posting daily on the plan and how it goes (and I have followed P&D plans 4 times before with some good results).

http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewtopic.php?id=42579

All welcome to join in if you're also following one of the plans for London (or just want to cheer/jeer from the sidelines :))
