Sub 3.05 Marathon Plan / Advise - Help please

willdowneyI hit my peak in 2015 with a 3.01 Marathon but injuries and motivation have pushed me back to around a 3.15 marathon pace.
Can anyone help me with a taylored plan to get me back to sub 3.05 please?
I am after a 16 week training plan (Start in December for Manchester in April)
I have access to a gym and could probably allocate 3hrs each day - mon to fri for training, Saturday's I would like to maintain my park run routine and then long run/training on a Sunday i could probably give 5hrs.
