Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Would it be possible to have the schedules tailored to your pace ie that where iit says somethkng like "tempo sesion at half marathon pace" - that it picks up your half marathin race pace from your race diary and puts it in the schdeule ?

I'm doing London next year and, due to December madness at work (and socially) I couldn't manage the 18 week plan as it would start in early December. The 12 week plan starts late in January which I feel is too late to make best use of my current fitness level. I want to do a 15 week plan starting in early Jan but how do I make up the 3 week gap to the 12 or 18 week schedule? Do I chop off the first 3 weeks of the 18 week schedule or do the first 3 weeks of the 12 week schedule twice.

I would have thought repeating the first week in each mesocycle on the 12 week plan would be a better idea than losing or gaining 3 weeks of base building. Or pick a different week depending on which sessions you think will help

I would prob do what I could manage of the 18 week plan in those few weeks
You might be surprised at how much you are able to do

If you really dont do much/ anywhere near then it prob wouldn't be ideal to continue with the 18 week as you would have too big a jump in which case I would switch to 12 week

If you do mot fall too far short then stick with 18 week.

Sounds like you need to start that one soon!
