I claimed 29s for 200m at a Fetch mile (but think 28s in training final of 200 / 400 / 800 / 1200 / 1600 / 1200 / 800 / 400 / 200 session at club training - trying to race kids!) and 13s for 100m at a Fetch mile, but dodgy stop watch work etc. could have been up or down by 1 or 2 s.

That's way ahead of my half marathon and marathon bests. Don't know why I bother with marathon, tbh! And ultra marathons - walking up big hills, eating, stopping to change your shoes? Don't even know why I contemplated them, never mind entering! :-) G

Thanks, Bob!. It's my best ever mile WAVA although nowhere near a PB.

Yes V'rap the 100m came in at 76.54% best wava ever.
None of my other races reached 70% though. A little disappointed but when they're all back to back it's not surprising really.

Whoops, I entered the seconds incorrectly by not realising there were 0.00 so I've amended it and it's now 72.9% wava not as quick or as good as I thought 😂😂

Still hard to get, though. I find as I get older that the neuromuscular coordination is not good enough for flat out sprints and my optimum is somewhere towards 5 km. I think many people on the UTMOST WAVA tables are better on the second column than the first, or so it seems to me.
