The wind was great for 12.75 miles, that last section into wind ( you'll know the bit I mean 57.5DoP ) felt like you were running through treacle. |

57.5 Degrees of Pain
I know exactly what you mean! They should have put the airbase gate in a more convenient place. |

57.5 Degrees of Pain
If you put your mind to it there is always 90% Gobi. Though I know running isn’t your focus these days. |

As we know, Fetch uses old wava tables. My time today worth 77.92% on the new tables, and I would need 1:25:09 for 80% You can check out new tables here runbundle.com ( and no doubt lots of other places ) |

80 % serves a purpose each year but the number is getting higher but as you say 57.5 running isnt enough of a focus now. |

Well, I'm sticking to the tables my club, Serpentine, uses for now. I've had a rough day and could only face one round of 60 metres in the company of London's fastest teenagers plus a few 20 somethings. The most marginal of improvements from a fortnight ago - just 2/100ths quicker ... but it all counts. 86.25. |
