Just shy of 67% atm, reverse calculated it and I'd need to find 51 seconds at 5km, and break 20 minutes, but it's good to have a target

Thanks, Bowman It's a long way off my best for 5k, but I'm happy with it. My son (28) finished a few seconds ahead of me and barely cracked 50%.
