I've not popped into the utmost tables before but I have just had a peek and see just what you mean NordRunner I think there is a possibility that we run more 5k's than 1 milers and are more likely to know how to pace or run them than the 1 mile. Going out too hard and we crash and burn or go out too slow and we don't achieve what we are possibly capable of. I think I shall have to practice the 1 mile distance, I'll try and remember to attempt this once a month from January. |

71.59% for this morning's effort. I tried for a SB but was 12 seconds short of that, however, there were frosty turns to contend with so quite pleased with the result tbh. It was flipping cold though.
