Channelling my inner Tigst Assefa. Or at least, I did the thumbs-upwards thing when I remembered.
Happy with that. Rain and wind just setting in by the end.
Garmin suggested 77 minutes at 10.30mm, base training. I scoffed at the idea of that pace being base training at the moment, but I wished afterwards that I'd accepted the session.
