Couldn't face anything committing today but I wanted to rack up some time on feet so I took the opportunity to blue-circle odd bits of trail and unadopted road while they're dry and not overgrown. Part of the footpath from Baggrow to Harriston wasn't runnable. I may have taken the wrong line. Legs tried negotiating for something shorter but they forgot to say please.
Cold wind, very overcast.

Nice one 👍
Thanks, Ness
Booom, thats some mileage, nice training session!
Thanks, Bowman For the next three weeks I want to focus on volume rather than quality.
Sound nice, good marathon training!
"Legs tried negotiating for something shorter but they forgot to say please." That made me laugh Another solid run.
Good work!
Thanks It wasn't quite a grind-it-out run but it wasn't a BOING! run either.
Sounds like a good run - they don’t all want to be BOINGy
Another solid run well done
Thanks I think it was probably useful. I approve of usefulness.
Recovery continues.
