Treborstreet Pure evil mixed with flat sea wall sections. The start mixes up the down and up so it's not easy for the first timer to know what the course will bring. The majority of the race is relatively flat and picturesque-ish. The last three miles is hard and mirrors the first three miles. There is one amusing section where you need a helping hand literally and here we have to say that the marshalling here is top notch - the enthusiasm, support and organisation is epic, a credit to the running club. Immediate response is to say not again but two hours later I think I will.
