Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I managed to find an adequate wrist-warmer and glove combination for -8 and added some slightly longer tungsten spikes to the forefoot of Saucony Peregrines and went for a threshold run in three intervals totalling about 45 mins. Luckily, the roads and paths are scraped pretty bare by now with multiple passes of farmers' blades, so getting to effort was not too hard. I kept away from trails for this. Luckily, it hasn't been warm enough to create any ice yet.

Some great running in trying conditions.

Having put off yesterday's run to this morning I added a layer and put in a steady 10k

Neil_E_There indeed!
I went for a speedy run today, wasn’t sure of the outcome in this cold, but it went fine.

Don't mind running in the cold, just layer up.
Only problem is if its icy, like it was this morning, so will try again tomorrow πŸ™ƒ
