Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It was very icing sugar swittle but bloody slippy in places.

After 10pm yesterday before I set out - watching the footy and '9 to 5' ;)

Another incoming tide but plenty of beach to play with. Down prom, taking two walkers by surprise, an out 'n' back between Marina & Freeport and a longish sand stretch broken by a three-sided trail route. A brace of showers, cool at first, with a nagging WSW breeze.

61 min.

Cut my run back to 10 miles as it was really icy everywhere. Didn’t see anyone out on the trails, it was so lovely.

Invigorating! A tad icy, intermittent snow but dry underfoot. Glad we went.

Just over seven miles on pavements to the garage to get the car. Alternating 2k at MP with 1k easy. Felt quite good. Bit nippy and tried to snow a couple of times. Still shorts weather

-2, but feels like -5, according to my tracker. That was Battersea Park, doing a 10k. I don't mind though, I quite like running in chilly weather
