Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Gobi
Unusual for recently as it was on an icy path. No drama z1/2 mildly progressive as I felt more comfortable.

Had a bit of a cold recently, garmin gave me the thumbs up this morning +4. Had a very satisfying 10k - gloves on.

Foxy
A very sluggish 2.5 miles to Wetherspoons for coffee - hopefully the run back will be a bit better - cycling back to Foxy Towers later.

Speedy interval session on treadmill. 5 X 2 km 90 sek rest @ 3:50 min/km. Felt nice and somewhat "comfortable".

A couple of hours longer than intended. I'm sure it will have done me no end of good.

The watch called for 65 mins total, including a tempo run. We had about 7 to 8 cm snow overnight, so I did this by HR (i.e., effort). I thought the temp was -5 but when I arrived home at sunset it was actually -8C. Even so, the pensioners and dogwalkers, etc., out for a walk agreed it was a lovely day.

According to garmin connect it never happened as it didn’t transfer from the watch. Manually entered a run on fetch.
It was 3 miles alternating 0.2k faster with 0.2k easy
It was also a bit nippy 🥶

swittle
Hovering around zero deg, C tonight but not unpleasant, as the N breeze had sent its apologies. Tide almost high, so off round the docks & lakes I went, picking up the beach for three-quarts of a mile, before looping back on trails nipped hard by frost. Some prom & beach & I was back at the start.

61 min.
