Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A hard and fast 10k indoors, and a easy 10k, also indoors. And some warmup and cooldown. Good mileage today.

Warm up then club hill reps, followed by a short cool down. Minus 7 when we left the car, same on the return.

Tbf, I really enjoyed itπŸ₯Ά

-3 deg C at 10pm Paths glistening with frost but not a real hazard; same can't be said of the beach, where rainwater soaked into the sand had frozen, so that it resembled poorly poured concrete. Prom - beach - lakes - trails to & beside the docks, then a tussle up the beach. 63 min.

Managed to do my 4 x 10 min tempos over 70 mins. Pavements were well ploughed. Temp -13 though, so hands started to get a bit cold.

After a few days off running with a lurgy a nice 5.4 miles headtorch run mainly on the footpath and bridle ways. Ground rock hard and frost glistening in the head torch

Yoga and strength exercises completed the day

Your highways people do a grand job, NordRunner

Glad you've perked up after a sensible break, riggys99

10pm last night: not a great deal colder than during the day, -2 deg C but I'm close to the coast - as I'm sure you know by now!

Prom to Marina, then away from the docks on flat, even sand. Spun it round in Blundellsands and met trails of differing difficulty. Treated myself to the cycle path on the run in to my finish point. An hour with change.
