No trees pulled up today but wasn't expecting that. Was running fairly well even to slightly progressive but got a stitch in the last mile and gave up a few of the places I'd made up via the steady start. Did manage to recover for a sprint so gained a few back. Definitely a shock to the system and needed this one to remind my body how it feels and have some confidence to push on in those later in the season.

M70 races are done now, and I finished 8th in the league. It can’t have been very nice this Saturday, not sure if I’m sorry I missed it or not. Well done on KFL
