Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Can’t see pic but I think I’ve done that course. There was a down and up to a dip or stream. I remember running Stafford Common races in football boots it was so bad!

Yes N Staffs included Park Hall, Stafford Common and Westwood High (Leek) latterly changed to Uttoxeter racecourse. All proper courses, not football pitch laps!

If they stuck some inflatables on the XC would be great!

Cheshire has announced XC champs to take place, licenced, as planned on 17th April. Pretty surprised tbh, though tempted to run. Will be interesting to read how they plan to arrange it.

oi you
Kent XC League made a very welcome return today after missing all of last season. It was my first race since Dec '19 and my first as M70. No big surprise - it was tough. It was only 5k (ish) so I did try to press on a bit, so it was all a bit uncomfortable. But that's racing, eh?
Next outing is next Saturday on a somewhat tougher course.
