Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We've got the Midlands XC at Uttoxeter (5K) in 7 years of doing XC it's a venue I've never run at so should be interesting. Course was designed by one of my clubmates who works in the Midland Athletics Office, several water crossings per 5K....

Alun
Also completed the Kent League race on Saturday, closed the 12 to score team in 171st place.
Hopefully I'll be a bit fitter and do a little better in two weeks, although Somerhill Scholl is b@stard hilly!

oi you
I quite like the Somerhill course, Alun. Not that you'd guess that while I'm actually running it, but afterwards, when I've got cake & coffee in my hand, I'll be quite happy with it.

Saturday was, l I think, the first time we've ever mustered a 12 to score team, and fortunately they weren't relying on me.

Great pic :)

Southern XC relays for us today. Small field but some serious class. Our A team came 7th which was good when lacking most of our stars. However, no hills and no mud. I wore spikes out of principal but road shoes would have been fine boo hiss and bring on the proper courses in a few weeks.
