Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Was it at Mansfield? I did the Midlands Champs there one year and if it was the same venue really enjoyed that course, it had pine forest and a bit round a lake... distraction from the pain!

I was hoping to run that Marts, but two other clubmates dropped out so didn't want to travel for one 3k leg. Apparently course was excellent, technical and muddy. My favourite.

Ease back week starts today for Surrey League next Sat :)

First race done - I ran out of steam a bit (gave blood on Monday and I think that was why), still 3 minutes faster than on the same course last year so I have improved :)

Nice AL, 3 mins is massive!

Had a look at that link and some of sLicksters photos and it looks like the same venue as I remember at Mansfield. Nice venue.

I'm aware I can't run 2 county champs in the same year, does anyone residing in East Angular have experience of running at St Neots Priory Park? Was thinking of entering the Cambridgeshire Champs 2016 for a laugh as I am eligible by birth and it would be somewhere different I've never run.

Slightly OT but WC XC is now going to be same length for both genders. Wonder if local level will follow suit.

Ours would be too big together but I do think they should be the same length...

Can't have the races at the same time because the women need to get back to the school hall to switch the tea urn on for when the men finish. But distance wise yes there's no reason for them not to be the same.
