Mave Mar 2015 7:13am, 2 Mar 2015 1,927 posts	Mave This was my first XC season. I only managed 4 out of 6. I joined the club after the first one had happened, then one week I was snowed under with work. I've enjoyed them all though. Looking forward to the road series now!

I set our course to go through 20 metres of ankle deep water, which was unavoidable, and yet 50 metres later where there was maybe 4 more some runners would tiptoe the extra distance around the fringes rather than ploughing the shorter route through it.
