Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Another good run at Lloyd Park, though it was well and truly sodden and muddy! The rain let up for us, it had been hailing 20 mins before the noon start, but the sun came out for our race!

Yes, the weather gods were kind to us there and at Denbies in January.

It was crazy wet on the course though yesterday! Lovely to see you Garfield :) I was hearing about your awesome 10k pb in the car on the way home from Magpie!

Just need some results now.

We're done with league (men stay up, women likely promoted), but have a mob match in Richmond next weekend to looks forward to some more mud before the nationals!

National course is virtually all parkland, graaa that will becoma mud. a few tree roots around the second hill near the Derby Road wall might cause a probem for spikes, but really should be fine.

And here we go again! Kent League kicks off in 3 weeks time, so it's time to consider a bit of training. My final track race was on Wednesday, so one set of spikes chucked into the corner of the room, and the XC spikes found & dusted off.

:) I'm probably going to miss the first of our league races. It's too close after I run the Berlin marathon next weekend.
