Norfolk champs for me on the 6th, which is likely to be it for me. I've already opted out of Southerns and National is on working weekend for me.

Thames Valley XC today for me. All over the place but paced by a club mate from 4M for last 2. Made a huge difference, as did lovely new More Mile Cheviot XC shoes. Brilliant in the mud and only £25. Complete bargain

I am running on a cold at the moment - it does seem to be clearing up and I'm attempting my first session back on Christmas day.
My January looks a bit like this:
05/01/13 - Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire championships 06/01/13 - Oxford Mail league - Round III
19/01/13 - Wiltshire schools championships 26/01/13 - Southern championships

Callum do you run the full 9 miles at Nationals or a shorter course? Was thinking that would be very tough if you did have too!

I think the Southerns and Nationals is one of the longest xc races in the country.

The Southerns are longer than the Nationals, if I remember correctly.
