Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Bright, sunny, easy effort, 3 miles, up the old railway and back.
The MP3 player was in a good mood, too, nearly every song made me smile and I even laughed out loud at one point.
Tis running thing is rather good, isn't it? ;-)

Blimey, what a warm one! Just under 10 miles steady, 6 of which were along the seawall so nice and breezy, but the country lanes that take me to and from there - boiling! Most enjoyable though, much rather run in this weather than the rain. :-) :-) :-)

Best training session in a lonnnng while, worked really hard and everything just seemed to gel together. Perhaps the pre-run calf massage helped, if so, I want one every day please!

Intervals. Should have been on track but trainer ill so ended up doing solo session in the park (that sounds very dodgy!). Ok session but know I could have (and should have) done better.
