Didn't take a pic today so here is one from a few days ago of the dead centre of the small Norwegian border town where I live. The fortress is an old defence against repeated pestering from the Swedish. 14 km run and 1 km walked. -4ET.

Sorry didnβt get chance to post yesterday. Some lovely pics some great Parkruns. Yesterday was interval day. Just under a mile warm up a bit of stretching and then it was 4 mins 5k pace/effort with 2 mins easy. Upped the number of efforts to 4 from last weeks 3. Did them on the amphitheater again and each one was quicker than my quickest last week |

Intended to run 3.8 miles which would cover the She Was Going For A Run - Virtual 5k. fetcheveryone.com/forum/she-was-going-for-a-run---virtual-race-23rd-january-2022-62200/ In the end, I tweaked my calf and just stuck to the 5k. |

Getting some speed workouts again riggys, nice! Just a slow hilly trail run for me to end the weeks training. Not to much specific quality work for me, will wait until the energy gets back. Still a 50 km week. |

Got out for a half earlier, but Iβm struggling for motivation more than at any other time during the pandemic, canny explain it.

Today my longish run seemed to take ages just for 17 km, albeit with 355 m up. It was foggy too, 0ET and damping.
