Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It’s my breathing and my complete lack of faith that I can do this anymore that gets to me.

Also I am so much better just getting out my bed at 5.30am and going straight out the door without food or drink. I have done it for two years now since lockdown and find it so much harder to run any later. Need to find races that start early in the morning πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Well spoken as always Swittle :)

LG, you'll find it again, and when you do, you will be happy that you stuck to it.

4 th run today and in my head I feel a subtle change like a knowingness and strength above the physical meaning.

I was delayed running today for a routine hospital appt for osteoporosis, but the benefit is a nice sunset picture with the remains of snow over the fields :) 10.4 km, -1 ET.

Gave blood today and advised to avoid strenuous activity for 48 hours.
That doesn't apply to running though πŸ˜•

Nice running ultradunc

Lovely pic Steve

LipGloss is it easier at that time because you don’t have time to think about the run just up and out.

Yes I do think so. I don't have time to talk myself into all the negatives. Don't get me wrong there are some mornings when I switch the alarm off and have the extra half hour but not as often as just not going out if I leave it later in the day.
