Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Forgot to say I hit 100.01 km for the week. If I had known it was that close I would have tried harder and done a bit more ☺️

Another 5k this morning. Nice road run keeping up a consistent tempo. Bit chilly but didn't notice it after the first mile or so.

Got out this morning for 14 miles at Trarfside (south east edge of the Cairngorms - just outside with Shanksi and MrsShanks. It was just great to me out in the hills in sunshine.

Absolutely awesome run this morning, 6.4 miles.
Battling to get my fitness back, haven't enjoyed a run so much in a long time. Weather conditions we're favourable and managed to control my pace and breathing from start to finish. Just got some new Addidas Ultraboost, loving them, they have not disappointed.

Great numbers for day- and week-long runs :)

Brighter days ahead, LG, I hope - and sorry to hear of your covid confinement Dude :(

When running delivers, eh, SVrunner :)

8.30 tonight, a test for possible shin splints to spice up the long term o/arthritis in my L knee. Plenty of flat, firm sand factored in, although the trails were fairly yielding. Down prom to docks; back along beach to Burbo Bank, then trails to the baths, finishing with a mile of sand. 1 hour. The suspect joint held up OK...
