New first for me today.
I've come across cows several times before during runs to different outcomes. But today, I interrupted a herd making their own happy way down the road and up a track onto the moors. Saw them on the road as I criss-crossed and caught up with them a mile later. They almost seemed to stop to let me past, albeit I think it was just the leader stopped for its regular business. Not a farmer (nor any human at all for that matter) in sight.

5K + this morning. Very nice morning and earlier frost had disappeared. Felt a bit tired from an early wake up but otherwise ok.

Nice running people. Felt a little hesitant for todays run, haven felt entirely well lately, but it seems to go in the right direction, and today it was better, even in the wind and cold. Bodes well. Have a nice weekend!

Nice running over the few days people. Currently on my rest days back running Saturday. Wednesday just did daily routine (back exercises, press-ups, calf raises and alphabet leg stands). Thursday daily routine and dumbbell routine that I am fine tuning but is mainly lunges and squats. Today added on hamstring exercises

Eventually pulled myself out for 5 miles this afternoon after not been able to get up the past two mornings. Can’t say I enjoyed it but it was too nice a day not to.
Good running folks.

Today I had to get a blood test due to treatment for osteoporosis next week. Clinic had moved because of covid. Took a while to find. After that stress I ran 14 km in radiant sun, +2ET. Because of wind and occasional + days, the ice in our largest nearby lake has melted.

Keep up the progress, Bowman & riggsy Lip Gloss, you'll have shapened your appetite for your meal out this evening!
SteveNR, that's the last thing you need where medical tests are concerned. I hope all goes well.
8.30pm, moon behind clouds, wind WNW 12mph, making 6 deg C feel more like 2.
Triangle on beach, between the lakes and parallel to the Freeport, then round the sea wall, noting 2 head torches almost in the Mersey channel Could have been digging for bait, or fishing. Brave/foolhardy... 61 min.

My run today was with the soundtrack of my youth - Bat out of Hell. Oh my word I listen to Meat occasionally some songs on my soundtrack but last time I listened to the whole album was a long time ago.
I will have scared anyone in earshot as I sang my heart out. Amazon music & Spotify with playlists have a lot to answer for. I’m getting the hi-fi back out
