Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I did 3 miles again this morning although in the wind and rain I was really wishing I was still in bed :-)

Wind and rain here too. Luckily, got back just before the rain. +1 ET. Ventured out without spikes since I was street-running mostly. Felt really good to wear the old friends Challenger ATR on gritted pavements. 14 km streets and a bit of trail.

Lovely run, 9.5km. Did the first bit out on the lanes whilst there was still some daylight, before finishing back in the town.

Bizarre to think that its January and its probably the best conditions to run in at the moment

The wind and rain yesterday evening tried to turn to snow and it was partially glazed over this morning. Out with the spikes again. -6ET, 13km covered. Beautiful day but still gusty.

Nicely done people!
Stormy today, and no strength at all.
A little set back, but I guess it’s over soon.

An hour after 9.30pm last night on Waterloo & Crosby beaches, and the coastal park, where I met a couple of young entrepreneurs who'd retrieved some dunnage* from the shore.

[* A new word to me, and my searches led to a blog.
