But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.

Despite running cross countries at school and the occasional 10k since, I have upped the distance to half-marathons and marathons with mixed success. I enter a few marathons a year as I like a challenge but also the occasional shorter distance as well. Stubbornly trying to persuade people that I am more than capable of running a good marathon and that I should not just stick to less demanding events.

I can rule out ride or swim. Running, any race where I can maintain a good pace from start to finish and enjoy the company and supporters around me.
